We pay you your agreed rent every month, even if the property is unoccupied. With our guaranteed rent model, your income is secure, no matter what.
Will I still be responsible for property maintenance?
No, we handle all minor tenant related property maintenance and repairs. Our professional maintenance team are always on hand. Although any structural, external, electrical or plumbing issues non fault of tenant is still the landlord’s responsibility.
Can I terminate the lease if I decide to?
